Why You Will Grow Here
First of all, our system has been developed for 10 years, with a user base of 1,500,000. Annual revenue of 27,000,000USD. You will have plenty of opportunities to tackle challenging technical and business problems while operating a large-scale system. At airCloset, engineers can achieve comprehensive growth, not just in technical skills but also in their ability to build businesses.
This is due to two main factors: being assigned to projects on a unit basis and handling everything from frontend to infrastructure. It’s common for our engineers to collaborate daily with business-side members and the design team to build services; no engineer here simply executes tasks based on handed-down specifications.
Furthermore, development is done on a feature-by-feature basis, meaning engineers are expected to take charge of all necessary domains-frontend, backend, and infrastructure-without strict boundaries. Beyond typical engineering roles, engineers are also free to proactively plan and propose new initiatives.
Project Unit
Engineers are assigned to each project. The assigned engineers, together with business-side members and designers, understand the requirements, design the solution themselves, and ultimately implement it.
Frontend to Backend
There is no division of assignments between frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Therefore, in most cases, frontend implementation and API implementation are done together, and sometimes infrastructure configuration is also performed.
